Adam Lubinski

Mr. Lubinski brings seven years of experience in teaching physical education, following his graduation from the University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands with a degree in physical education. Prior to his teaching career, he served as a gymnastics coach, catering to a diverse range of age groups spanning from kindergarten to adults. Over the past years, he's had the privilege of working with students aged four to seventeen, honing his skills and methodologies to suit varied developmental stages.

The prospect of joining RWIS as a teacher piqued his interest for several reasons. Firstly, his experience has taught him the value of manageable class sizes, and RWIS's approach aligns with his belief that a class of around sixteen students allows for optimal individual attention while fostering an environment conducive to meaningful engagement and participation in activities. Moreover, he is drawn to RWIS's commitment to modernizing education by integrating elements from diverse educational systems, including the esteemed Cambridge curriculum and the innovative Scandinavian teaching style, all while embracing the rich cultural tapestry of Spain.

As for his strengths as an educator, he takes pride in his innate creativity, adaptability, and athleticism. Having lived and worked in various countries, including the United States, Netherlands, Bermuda, Scotland, and Spain, he's cultivated these qualities to effectively meet the dynamic needs of his students.

In terms of his aspirations for RWIS, he is deeply committed to nurturing a generation of sports enthusiasts who not only excel in their physical pursuits but also develop confidence and an understanding of the importance of a leading a healthy lifestyle.

 

In his teaching approach, he prioritizes creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment tailored to each student's abilities. By infusing his lessons with fun and interactive activities, he empowers his students to tap into their full potential. Whether it's a spirited game or a creative exercise, he strives to make learning an enjoyable experience that not only enhances their knowledge but also cultivates essential life skills and character traits.

In essence, his aim is to inspire his students to embrace physical activity with enthusiasm, fostering a lifelong appreciation for the importance of sports and overall well-being.
